Pricing & Payments

 Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified.

 Payments can be made via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, or COD (if available).

 Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

Shipping & Delivery

 We offer Pan-India Delivery. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier services.

 SR Novelty is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or unforeseen events.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

 Products must be returned unused, unworn, and in original packaging within the return period (as per our Refund Policy).

 Customized products, discounted items, or used jewellery are non-returnable & non-refundable.

 Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after verification.
